I've considered just using a proxy, but firstly I don't know if they'll know if I'm using a proxy, and secondly, I don't know if they'll still see where I'm visiting, and it's really not worth losing my job over.

Use a website translator like babblefish or something, make it so its translating the website from french to english, or any language as long as its being translated to english, and sometimes it gets around the block.

KA, I think I set up www1.zelaron.com to access the forum on a different IP, though it may take up to 24 hours to propogate. I say I think, because as far as I can tell, it shouldn't work, but it does from my end. o_0

Aparrently, it was a browser IP caching thing... it didn't work like it shouldn't, but I've put it back to the way that should work and it does

PS. IP addresses are 4 numbers from 1 to 255, ie 127.0.0.1 (try DoSing that, you bastards).

What does it say when your websites are blocked?

It's just a white page with black text, no logo or anything like that. Says "X IP has been blocked for Y, if you feel this website should not be blocked please contact your IT department" or something to that effect.
