The Hashshashin was a Muslim assassin cult back in the Middle Ages. I'm also aware it means "hash eaters." But within this story, the assassin group itself has been revived.

I don't think Muslims are terrorists. One of my best friends is a Muslim. One of the brightest and kindest people I ever met. I also routinely meet Muslims at work and they happen to be very nice people.
