"Everyone" can say it. But a public figure such as herself who undoubtedly had her own political aspirations is one of the people who's less likely to say it. However, there's no reason to debate this with you. You have no clue if she did or didn't and neither do I. But a woman as intelligent and motivated as her probably isn't that retarded.
