Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows *WARNING! UBER SPOILER ALERT*

I finished number seven today and went to go see the fifth movie shortly afterward.

I'm sad the books have ended... I would have liked a longer ending, one that addressed all the loose ends, however few there were.

The movie was alright. Downright horrific if compared to the fifth written installment... And I don't like Harry's new muscular look, I couldn't help thinking of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. His acting was great, though, as well as the other recurring characters. Luna was my favorite out of them all. She was just so charming.

So will someone

tell me who dies in the book? I love spoiling the ending

In no particular order: Mad-Eye, Fred(Can't remember if it was George or not... I'm sorry),Lupin, Tonks, Hedwig, Snape, Various Death Eaters, Crabbe, Voldemort, Dobby... And other not-so-important deaths, or ones that have escaped me. I know the people overheard in the woods they were in at the Quidditch world cup died, but the names escape me. Some one else could supply the rest of the departed.

- Professor Charity Burbage (Muggle Studies, Hogwarts) - Hedwig - Mad-Eye Moody - Rufus Scrimgeour (Minister for Magic) - Wormtail - Gregorovitch (foreign wandmaker) - Dobby the House Elf - Grindelwald (dark wizard that Dumbledore duelled and beat in 1945) - Ted Tonks - Dirk Cresswell (Ministry worker) - Fred Weasley - Professor Snape - Crabbe - Nagini - Bellatrix Lestrange - Tonks - Lupin - Colin Creevey - Voldemort - Assorted Death Eaters - Assorted Hogwarts teachers and students (50) I think that's all of them.

I absopositivafuckinlutely loved the duel between Bellatrix and Mrs. Weasley.

Not only said duel, but the last 150 pages were fantastic. Do you know that Rowling is planning to write an Encyclopedia of every character in the Harry Potter series? Including notes on such things as the epilogue? Oh, and it might satiate the curiosity of some to know that harry is head of the Auror department, Ron is also an Auror, and Hermione is working her way up through the Department of Magical Law Enforcement, I think it is.

She also has two projects she's going to work on once she's done taking a break with her family. One for kids and one for adults. That's all I know about that.

It sounds like she won't be doing anything further with the Harry Potter series asside from side books like the magical creatures book. She didn't say she'd "never" do anymore Harry Potter books, but it sounds as though she won't be doing anymore.
