Also known as [5 cm a second]. Shinkai Makoto's new piece of work, taking from his previous films (Hoshi no Koe, and Yakusoku no Basho)and working with a giant budget. A film of astonishing enviormental art (painted background that's actually animated ) The story is a typical romance heart-throbber but the animation is amazing and you should definitely watch this.
