On a serious note, I imagine that a competitive marketplace would have a few advertised "Net Neutral" providers pop up for a nominal fee. I know I'd jump on that if I were in a provider's Marketing department.
Basicly, net neutrality means that ISPs have to treat all internet traffic equally, as opposed to favoring certain traffic that generates them money.
HA! Tell that to my old ISP. Unlimited service my big toe! We used a maximum of 20gb a month and they stuck us on the high users bandwidth, and eventually asked us to leave. Bastards.
