Need explanation for an interesting phenomenon

Well, I know it has to do with EMI, but why this particular phone and not others.

Well all speakers have magnets in them. Maybe that phone's magnet is just more powerful than others.

I don't think it is limited to that phone. As far as anecdotal evidence goes, this is a pretty common occurance. I always know when I am getting a phone call (or SMS) because of monitor interference. Sometimes, though, it seems to happen randomly. Whenever the phone sends/recieves info, I guess.

I've never had monitor interference before, but I've had the beeps from speakers.

My speakers seem to beep randomly regardless of the presense of a phone. Usually if I leave them on inactive.

Perhaps it's the particular frequency of the phone. However, I know all the phones I know of make computers and radios make weird noises.
