pirates of the caribbean 2: little plot holes

i've got one. if davy jones and his crew can teleport to other ships and such, why didnt they do that when they were chasing the black pearl? i just thought about that randomly.

Sounds like you're one of the writers. Seriously though, the movies good, I try and not think about little things like that. Being pissed at the cliffhanger ending was enough for me.

That actually did kind of bother me too. I don't see what purpose the 'teleportation' skill served anyways.

It'd be easier to kill people on ships that way.

I suppose it comes from the fact that DJ IS the sea (as he put it), and his crew are from the sea, so they can move about the sea at will...
