I don't see what's so spectacular about the rank 14 weapons. The 1 handers blow for the most part, the 2 handers are pretty nice though. I'd use the staff.

just go to warcraftmovies and look under the rogue section and look for combat rogue rank 14 and in the video there will probably one of those fights, there are tons of videos of those kinds of fights
