For the screen shot just go wherever you want the screenshot to take place the simply hit the Print Scrn SysRq button on your keyboard, it will copy the screen, from there open any image editing profram like Paint, Photoshop, anything, just open a new document choose the size of the picture you want then right click on the document and click the option paste, or hit Ctrl + V . And if you're haveing trouble finding the Print Scrn SysRq Key, it is located abouve the insert key, and the inset key is on the right of the Backspace.
