Kuwait's biggest field starts to run out of oil

I know it will be a terrible inconvience to everyone having to find more suitable/go without transporation but what do you think is happening to the inside of the earth since 620.5 million barrels of its "blood" so to speak is being sucked out per year? We're not going to have alot left to drive on once nature wipes us out.
