I found a site that has only 3 pokemon but i know someone who could possibly help you if you need a graphic designer i dont know if he is going to be willing since he's only done mods for C&C and hates pokemon. Point being would you like me to try to contact him?

Do the Pokemon have to move? Like the people have charsets and grpahics for walking etc?
