If you do want to make your own then the easiest thing to do is download Flash MX, go through the lessons and tutorials contained in the program and just draw your hearts out. I'll upload the animations I've done so far in a .zip file so you can download them, open them in Flash and pick them to pieces to see how I did it.
That's only for basic animation though. If you want to do things like my latest project (a version of Who Wants to Be a Millionaire for my History teacher. The questions are typed up in a .txt file and Flash puts them in the game) then you'll either have to Google for some tutorials or get me on MSN, AIM, ICQ or Yahoo and I'll try and help with some of the programming.

If you do send me audio clips I'll try and touch up some of the graphics. I've finally got used to my pen thingy again, and those drawings do the animation no justice at all.
