My new avatar is the result of a little experiment I did last night with a pen, a ruler, and Adobe Photoshop/ImageReady. What do you guys think?

I think your animation skills are fine, but your PS skills suck. Here's the non-epileptic version:

The only thing I used Photoshop for was cutting out the frames from the piece of paper. I kind of wanted to leave the sloppy edges and stop it from changing in size like your version does. If I were going to fix all the frames I would have cleaned up all the edges and filled it all in. I just didn't want to do that and the rough edges were kind of cool.

Changing in size? All I did was anchor the feet and trim off the noise on the sides.

Well unless you did it with transparency as background then you accidentally shaved off pieces of the frames because your image has slight size changes in some of the frames.

By the way, the jerkiness at the end is because I removed a frame that had a weirdly different sized robot and made the animation look odd. I might fix it and add it back later. Or I might just try to draw something else.
