Bruteforcer will use the ASCII only if configured to do it. Which mean that it would take days to do all possible combinaison !
Only a few bruteforcer user will add the ASCII characters for that reason (too long to do all combinaison).
Another reason is that if you add the ASCII characters in a word-dictionnary, it would be larger than 2 Go.
