Early 2vs2 Strategy

yeah but holy crap did we trash those teams we played against... we are yet to play a strong team though... once they stop de-leveling us hopefully we can work our way up to some competition

Until I finally get good with a Sniper, I'm staying away from that variant. I played it with my roommate yesterday (Ugh... ) and we got fucking owned on Beaver Human set. All they did was get control of the SNipe and Rockets and sat on top of the cliff protecting each other and grabbing the overshield every time it respawned. We couldn't do shit..

Yeah basically it boils down to controlling rockets and snipes and camping the OS... some maps make that easier than others like ivory tower and beaver creek... ascension it a whole different story... however ive had more success at ascension than anywhere else

yeah ascension might be the biggest differential in the gameplay, and by that i mean it's tough for a team to get an advantage over the other by way of controlling weapons and position, it's pretty even and it comes down to who is better at halo2

how about 2vs2 ctf at warlock... any plans for that? i say usually get the flag and go through the portal... but sometimes it might be more appropriate to jump across the middle,,, like if the other team is on the ground floor after respawning and nowhere near a battle rifle

i say jump to the middle and atleast get the flag to that middle platform ... there your team mate can get it

that's a tough spot to defend tho... multiple angles from many vantage points
if you take it through the portal there's limited places they can hit you from and most of those places can be controlled by ur partner if he's got a BR
