Most of the people here saying they hate grenades/hate the new grenade update are the same people saying they suck with and against grenades. That's not a very good arguement.

They made the game more all-around. Now you don't have to dual weild, you don't have to grab the sword, anything like that. Everyone has a chance with whatever they are good at. You could go around meleeing everyone and be somewhat good, you could do nothing but throw grenades and be somewhat good, you could be a good marksman and be somewhat good, but to be a master you have to do all of that.

/\ Agreed. I think more powerful grenades will make the game more fun overall, especially since I depended on them/used them so much in Halo 1.

They arent as powerful as the grenades from halo 1 but they are on their way... All in all it does balance the game more even though i hate it

Nah. I loved nades in the past and always used them. They actually make me slightly better because I'm a good judge when I throw them, but now I've noticed a lot of people just randomly throw nades as a primary attack, which is weak. If you wanna throw a nade then attack to get the upper hand, that's cool, but throwing nade after nade and no firing of a weapon is gay and annoying. Even Steve can agree with that!
