As far as the "dono if ppl would want to play with me as an admin.", I dont really see a problem with it. Its been a long time since we all played uo together.

So what exatly do players want? list some things. like... would they want a new or differnt map to run around, or do they want good ole moonglow. or whatever. if somone gona open a shard. sould find out what you all want in a shard. and what would attract more people too it.

a good solid list of features is what im looking for, somthing to build up from.

Just make a big room of gates that move you to other ends of the room. That's all people are looking for.

Making a bunch of 'races' that only differ by 1 stat point.

800 Skills, 300 Stats, Moonglow main town, etc

Pre UO:R, Either moonglow based with the gates or a new small map. See if you can get an old UOXC to run it on Or if using RUO. Enable some AOS stuff like the cool damage numbers and custom housing. With a fairly fast skill gain. Also regs or not regs I dont care much. 225/300 stats I also don't really care about. And skill cap should be 700 but 800 would be allright. I currently play redemption but it seems everyone and their mother has a hally mage. Personally I dont like Pre UO:R on RUO because there are still some stats that arent exact. And some shit is just wrong. Like the resistance of some monsters to magic. It would be nice to have a shard to play on while macroing on Redemption. The skill gain is so fucking slow. 2k of each reg to get from 50 to 60 magery with para. The reason LOD was great. Was the skill gain. You could gm magery in like 2-3 hours. Just sit at bank casting e-bolt over and over and not targeting.
Oh and have the right precasting =D where it doesn't unequip on target.

Set computer as dmz... The port doesn't matter if your computer isnt open to the internet
