2k Is better for gaming if you are a serious gamer, 2k uses like 1/2 the processes that XP steals.

im upgrading it to 256MB gf 6600 and 1024 MB RAM

Oh I agree... For the 4% of games you can play on it. Why not just use ME or 98.
