I actually answered my own questions already. I'll let you know how it turns out when its done.

To answer yours though Pierce was for the 1 pt in multishot for both pvm as well as pvp (monsters get in the way sometimes) similar to the teeth spread manuver some necros use when they can't namelock.

PvP or PvM ...its going to be for both. It probably won't be as effective as a build dedicated to one or the other but I'm confident it will be ok in the end. By nature WWS is a pvm bow with its amp damage trigger but I think overall it might work out well enough. I am considering pumping up str enough to use a WF as well as collect the gear for a WF bowazon to compare how it works. My spread will probably be similar to Endurak's proposal in his guide except I have a couple dots in pierce rather than javalins so it should be good enough to compare as this is..in the end an experiment and something for fun.
