just to let you guys know that GTA isnt even close to halo 2. the game has already sold over $50 mil and thats just in preorder payments...who knows how much the actual game will sell now that its been released.
Just to let you know. Halo 2's numbers on their first day was at $125 Million. (GTA Reps won't release the #). But the thing is, there will be more GTA: SA games sold because of the fact that theres like 9.8 million XBOX owners, and an amazing 25 million PS2 owners. But the thing is, over the course of time GTA will ultimately succeed Halo2 and will be at the top, once again.

No, there are 25 million PS2's that have been sold. That does not mean 25 million different individuals own a PS2.
Remember, about half of that 25 million is probably comprised of people who have wound up with busted PS2s and had to purchase new or "refurbished" ones.
Id say more than half, I already had to buy 3 PS2's because the system was built so incredibly poor that it dies after almost a year of use. I barely play PS2 any more because everytime I turn around the damn thing brakes.
Actually, there was only like 200,000 of the bad models that crapped out after a shot amount of time, the ones that were first shipped to the US.
