No more than 1 point into Warmth, and those that need more should fix their gear and what is in their inventory (with exception to nova sorcs who tend to drain rapidly). Blizzard and Orb take time between fires, and your gear should be capable of regenerating atleast half or more of your total output, my sorc can and she's just a mfer, so I am positive duel sorcs are highly capable of this. Master Cold Mastery (more effective than 1 point in it). Master Blizzard or Orb, your choice. Difference is Orb doesn't miss. Blizzard has a chance of hit since I remember times when a sorc needed to cast 7 blizzards on me cause my assassin kept running through them without getting hit (once she did get hit but then she blocked it anyway). Also remember, going orb gives you less syns but more free points to toss into other junk, say energy shield which you can combo with 200 energy points or more. Just dont take it for granted though, teleport often since teleporting is a less mana strain than a massive hit but when you do get hit, it'll save you an instant KO. Chug down mana pots if you like, no one can really call you a potter for it lol but chances are you wont need it.
Summary: 20 mastery, 1 warmth, 20 (Orb / Blizz), 20-40 Syn and junk like teleporting / energy shield. As for gear, well...someone more experienced can take that from me Im satisfied with a socketed Que Hagen or that quilt armor that increases cold damage output lol.
