How doyou hear about all these different games? Do you just go to the store and try a game that looks decent or do you get some sort of recommendation beforehand? I only ask because I won't even bother with a game unless I've heard good things about it, which I guess is why I've only played a limited amount of games compared to most on Zelaron.
Either way, another nice review, and yet another possibility for Titus to add to his ever growing list of games to get and conquer.
Well, this one was a regular feature on IGN's Cube channel. They sort of took the game in more than the PS2 and XBox channels, and their regular updates on the game kept me interested.
I'd highly recommend getting yourself an IGN Insider account. It costs about as much as a magazine subscription, but you get a lot more bang for your buck because it's updated daily and it has far better reviews and exclusive media than any gaming mag I've ever read.
I'd heard about this game a long time ago after browsing the Psi-Ops forums for stuff to do after I finished the game (Psi-Ops is good but the plot and presentation are tacky). I also played a demo for it a while ago (PS2) and noticed it was a bit clunky in the controls department but that everything else was pretty solid. Another thing that deserves mentioning is the fact that the developers put in a lot of nice and mostly humorous touches with the computer interface. After killing a guard who was sitting at a computer I went over the turn off the cameras and watched as his "internet girlfriend" started to get worried about him not replying. I guess I'll pick it up after I finish San Andreas.
