You can make hella good graphics with Photoshop? I don't mean based around photos, I'm talking about 3d-ish, possibly anime-based type of things...Photoshop works?

Anything from paint to psp8 can make great gfx, it just based on how well you know how too use them

Well for 3d stuff you would need some kind of 3d program like 3dsmax or maya. When you got the 3d thingy you can edit it in photoshop/psp8. I myself use photoshop, it may seem alot in the beginning but after a while it's very easy to use.
