Well here's a quick build i made quickly so might not be too good.
Skills:
20 poison dagger
20 poison explosion
20 poison nova
1+ lower resis
1+ fire golem
1 golem mastery
the rest un teeth
So we all know psn nova reduces your opponent's life to 1 so teeth and the fire golem are there for finisher and lower resis, well it's for lower resis.
Gear:
Helm: Shako +2necro /w +20fcr and other mods
Armor: Enigma (enigma is much better for PvP since you'll be a walking target with bramble.)
Weapon: Hoto and stash white with +3 nova and a wiz
Shield: Homonculus
Belt: Arach
Gloves: Trang gloves
Boots: Soul spurs
Amulet: Maras Storm circlet
Rings: Sojs
