i dont have norton, i have trend micro internet security will that do?

ok scanned the whole comp with trend micro i guess it found nothing, cause nothing came up....but im still a little hesitant,

well.. is it a fully updated virus scanner?? if so, download Spybot: search and destroy, it deletes all unwanted programs on ur comp, and its free..

I prefer ad aware for some reason, but yeah spybot will work too.

where can i get that?

AVG virus scanner and adware or spybot. Make sure you don't download random crap anymore. You can also run msconfig and turn off all apps you don't need.
