I was leveling my druid out in normal baal runs and i equiped my sheild.

this is what i saw.. and cant figure out why the chance to block is less then the shield says.

Heres a pic: (Not sure y it does that, Jus Click it)

It is because you need more dex for full block

Weird. How does the shield name show up when u check you chance to block rate?!
