Thankfully your alright. You could have been further injured if not killed. Its cool you kept the ring, and the wallet.. well.. can't disagree with you there. As for your car and its dismemberment, well, I am sorry. Maybe in the future, the car will have another chance at life. And as for revenge, well, it is a dish best served cold. Do your best to fight the concrete.

Good Luck from here on out dude.

Good luck with

Shit, DFD! That sucks some ass. I was just about to post a thread about how I came inches from a horrible crash today, but after reading this I guess I'll just post it here seeing as how it's related.

I'm going to Radio Shack from my friends house. There's this light coming up and it turns yellow. I'm about 10 feet back from the line, so I speed up. A truck pulls out in front of me turning left, I almost hit him. A van behind the truck turns left, too. This guy doesn't see me coming towards him and proceeds to turn. I slam on my brakes and my tires are squealing; he slams on his breaks and starts to twist out of control. I literally was ONE INCH away from hitting this guy. I could not insert my pinky finger inbetween our cars.

I was praying and thanking God that I didn't crash into this guy. It could have nearly killed me and flipped his van. I'm not sure if my car has airbags or not.. it's a really old piece of shit. Bleh.

Shit, you too? I was going to a friend and just came out of a right turn and some old bat pulled out without even looking and I had to slam on my brakes. Damn, a couple days ago I was coming home and was stuck behind ANOTHER old person who was weaving all over the road. One second he would be completely in the left lane, the next he was halfway off the right side. I went to pass him and he just kept drifting over towards me, I ended up having to go damn near off the road to keep this idiot from siding into me. I swear, old people need to have their licenses pulled.
