You're the president of the US. You're having dinner with your entire family. You begin to choke on a piece of food. Your wife screams and calls for help. The chef comes in and heimlichs you. He does it wrong and crushes your ribs. He still continues, not helping at all. Your wife freaks out and passes out on the table, knocking over water. Another chef hears the commotion and runs to your aide, but slips on the water that was knocked over. You eventually fell your ribs tearing into your lungs and then you slowly die in a painful manner. (Needs a lot of work, but my bare bones)
