Pah, Batman owns Bond. The only reason people think otherwise is because none of the movies did the comic character enough justice. None of the movies truly showed off how frighteningly brilliant Batman is, none of them showed off how he is in ultimate physical condition, none of them illustrated the unfathomable amount of training Batman had to go through in order to get to his current status and none of them truly showed how dangerous he can be if he sets his mind to it.
Example: Batman fought against (and beat) nearly every member of his rogues gallery in the Knightfall storyarc, one after another, with almost no sleep over the course of a week, and then took out all three of Bane's cronies before getting his back snapped in half by Bane himself. He then proceeded to go through extensive physical therapy (mostly administered by himself and one therapist) and managed to completely heal over the course of a number of months, training himself extensively and eventually bringing himself into a physical and mental condition that surpassed his abilities from before his encounter with Bane. If somebody snapped Bond's back in half, I doubt very much he'd be capable of the same.
On top of that, Batman Begins will be about two-million times better than the next Bond movie. Why? Because Christian Bale will be the greatest Batman ever, and whomever MGM gets to replace Pierce Brosnan will pale in comparison.
