Anyway, I seemed to have missed a good portion of what's been causing the recent uprising. Sovereign is a necessary Moderator on these boards, and anyone can have a bad day.

If it's been something scattered among a few days and whatnot, do point out what you think we're doing wrong. Obviously, members would have a better idea of when they're not enjoying themselves posting than a Staff member usually will.

It does seem that Sovereign has gone from one end of the spectrum to the other on this (from what I've seen so far). Just give him a break, since he's apologized and has already stated that he will try to do better.

I don't know about the rest of the Staff, but having the members making sure the Staff is not exerting undue force in enforcing rules is a good thing IMO, however, I don't feel that members haunting every step a Staff member takes is very productive. It also sets them on edge, and makes them irritable. This is quite possibly what has happened to Sovereign.

So you're telling me that what you and Penguin did in "Operation Dumbo Drop" wasn't in blatant disregard of the rules? Then, after I made the thread to where you and Penguin could continue your argument, I was told that you "didn't need to be told where to argue" and my thread was immediately closed and trashed. And to make that even more fucked up, you and penguin continued going at it in the Operation Dumbo Drop thread afterwards. Obviously, even you, all mighty one, need to be reminded of the rules occasionally.

I don't see what you guys are shooting for. You want a gaming forum, but outside of the Diablo 2 forums, every other one is pretty much deserted. Considering theres plenty of great games coming out/already out, that's a little disturbing. You might want to look into fixing that.
