Fate, and how you accept it

I met my girlfriend because she caught my attention in the lobby of my residence, I was going to the caf as well so I was gonna sit with her, but she got her food to go! So she headed off to the elevator and I hopped in even though I live on the 2nd floor, but I pretended to live on the 6th, I was gonna ask her out there but then some other girl walks in as the doors are closing. Finaly I got off on her floor and introduced myself to her, we're now happily in love, we're like soulmates, but 3000 km apart at the moment . I never am that aggressive with girls, but for some reason I just went after her, almost like... fate. I feel lucky everyday for it though.
