Mugsy was 5'3", I'm 5'10"

1.8 meters here. Only the americans use feet and inches. Were so dumb.

My driver's license says 5'6. Depending on the convienance store i'm leaving im anywhere from 5'3 - 5'7

Correct, the house I live in is over 100 years old. I have to duck to enter any of the rooms, and to avoid one certain fan thats set 6'4 off the floor. I can't ride in small cars and trucks. Allmost impossible to find colthing.

That sux ballz. My feet dont come close to hanging off the edge of the bed or I dont have to duck. Thats the advantages of being short. The down side is sports, you get cut cuzz someone is bigger, even if they are not better.
