I would skip Sov and K_A if only because they are frequently on this forum under the influence, and not the best judges of character that I have seen.. I mean, Sov actually talks to The1, that's not sane

its hard to think of good members, theres not many sane ones here that arn't staff members.

On the lines of Chruser's thoughts. I actually think a jury and members that have been here a certain amount of time, say at least 4 months, so they can actually do a good judge of character? Maybe also a post count restriction of 250 or so, which would show they aren't inactive too?

On another note, there already is a Reputation Level thing set up with this version of vB that we don't utilize. That could be something as well, aside from the jury and member votes (Rep Level is for Staff).
