Terrorists plan to "Hit us Hard"

If our government was afraid enough to the point where they thought thier 'democracy' was threatened they probably would destroy us.

Whats the point of telling us this? I mean, its not like any of us know some terrorists that live down the street, its not like we can stop this from happening, so basically scaring us of this bullshit is quite senseless, and pointless.whatever,,
