Wow, thats a shitload of growth for one year. I'm 16, 6'4",215 pounds, I'm not that concerned with my weight. I'm not "cut" or anything, but I am far from being fat, in high school most girls don't really care if your muscular or anything.

when my ankle is better, i'll be getting back to the gym to do cardio and weight-lifting. (I do a lot of lifting that uses my legs)
