Well, sit-ups at night won't really do much for you, from my own experience at least... You gotta do plenty of cardio-vascular activities to cut off the fatty layer. It is said that everyone has abdominal muscles, but there is that layer of fat that covers it. Diet pills, biking, and weight lifting is the key!
