My choice for items is as follows.
Helm: CoA (Crown Of Ages) Socketed With Jah and PTopaz
Armor: Templar's Might, Enigma
Boots: Up'd Gore Riders or Sandstorm Trek
Gloves: Dracul's Grasp
Belt: Verdungo's Hearty Cord
Rings: Bul Kathos' wedding band and Raven Frost
Ammy: Highlord's Wrath
Weapon Combo 1: BOTD Eth Phase Blade and HoZ
Weapon Combo 2: Doom Ettin Axe or Scourge (runeword) and Exile (runeword)
Weapon Combo 3: Stormlash or Stone Crusher and Hoz or SS

Dracul's Grasp for massive life leech and life gain per kill (A MUST in Hardcore) Same idea with Verdungo's Hearty Cord for the amount of Life and Vitality, and the damage reduction. CoA for resistances/+skills/Damage Reduction. Raven Frost for anti-freeze. Sanstorm Trek possibly for the life and extra stamina in case you must run. This build has quite a bit of Life Leech.
Doom and Exile is a way to get 3 auras going at once (Holy Freeze, Defiance, Fanaticism, (Might if you have a merc)). Doom has great ED% and the Holy Freeze greatly enhances your ability to stay alive. HoZ for obvious reasons otherwise. Enigma is first choice to be able to tele out of hairy situations, but Templar's is a good substitute.

Stormlash has a great range of damage and the high percentage to cast Static Feild and 20% to cast level 18 Tornado on striking, not to mention the 33% chance of crushing blow.

Sorry to answer for him, but yes it did, at level 75 I believe. Caused by lag and a pally I believe (lead monsters into corner and the ESC key was jammed). What do you think of my Zealot build?
