Blizzard Sorc's Pissing me Off

Ok Im having a bit of trouble with being able to duel against blizzard sorcs, I'm using a Bone Necro and he wears, Wizspike 15 res jewel, Perfect Kira's Um'd, GA Um'd, Luna Um'd, snowclash, 2 ravens. I have 95 res in hell and also have enough stacked res for the facets affect. But the problem I'm having i guess is Pierce. I can absorb, heal myself against all other cold attacks ( orb, ice blast, ice bolt so on) Is the peirce that's connected to blizzard different than the pierce connected to the other cold attacks? Because I'm trying to figure out a way to make it so that the blizzard does very little dmg. I mean with all that cold absorb and 1,200 life, one blizzard leaving you with 20 life? That's just lame.

simple ... maxed cold mastery is like 100+ perice and well....u absorb 40% with those raven frosts and stuff... the blizzard does hecka dmg so ya....its possible...then again this is d2 and anyone can make a sorc and kill people...rarly can anyone make a barb that can do anything
but this is my veiw...maybe im wrong maybe im not

first off gangel wont do anything cmastery > it, as a necro u should learn how to play defensively with it and u will make a sorc sweat trying to get close to u, learn how ibs works, gear wise try using a 4 thul'ed armor (depending on master lvl) only way i see to help reduce damg, if all fails use a druid 2x rfrost + earth spirit thus nullfying all damg from any cold attack lolz

Yea I know my normal dueling gear is Shako, Enigma, Hoto, and Homoculus. I think I'm gonig to try a 160% cold res Monarch. I hope that helps using duel ravens.
