Anakin Skywalker would have been the strongest, but when he turned into Darth he never became a true Jedi Master, just a learner from Darth Cidious.

Well, Luke neve beat his old man. And until Episode 3 comes out, we don't know if he ever fought Yoda or Darth Tyranus.
