Yes Habaneros are the hottest peppers in the world, I've never tried one myself, but I put habanero sauce in an eye dropper and put it up this dudes nose when he was sleeping once. He didn't like it.
I use habanero vinegar all the time, sometimes I'll take a pepper out of it and chop it up in the food.
