help me.. running error #1

i get that video card needs to be updated etc.. error
i have radeon 7200 series and i have updated to dx9 along with updating to latest drivers for my card... help me!
what is wrong

whenever i load up.. after i input my username/password.

load up gunbound... and it asks me for my password, and i put it in, then right after i click game start or w/e it gives me that error.
