i was doing my hellfordge quest in norm and tals ammy dropped off of that armoror guy. is he some high drop dude?

Tal's Ammy is only Item Level 26, so it is possible.

Yeah thats the problem - you just need to double your MF then your WF will probably drop in 1-5 runs.

It's a bug sir. You mus have exactly

3.14159 MF to find Wf off of a norm quill rat.

But platnum, it's not hard, I too have found tal's ammy off of baal in norm.
