Bugged Game?

I was just in a bugged game on USEast. It was a NM Act 3 game and Ormus was only selling normal and light potions. Also, after we killed meph, and tried to go threw the red portal, it would say we were in Act 4, but we were in Act 3 again. Stupid me went to leave the game to come back and see if I would roll back, but forgot to get the game name first (DOH!)

. Anyways, just wondering if anyone else has come accross this yet.

it could have just been a bug that puts you back in act3...it doesn't nessescerily mean you're going to get a rollback

This exact thing happened to me, i had to kill him all over again.
Hope this doesnt happen often.
