Blizzard posted a quick note on their Bnet Status Forum today. There are two things about Starcraft patch issues, and the following about D2, "We are working to disable the latest item duplication exploits on the Diablo II realms."
Of course they've been doing that for months, and until they start taking some harsh action against hackers and people making dupes, they'll get to keep doing it, with new exploits found as soon as the current ones are fixed.

72% of the D2 players have atleast one dupe on their accounts, so if Blizzard "banned" people with duped items, their customers would lose all their respect for Blizz.

i didnt say they "banned" but sum ppl on CLF and GOD forums were posting that they had problems logging on to their accts with dupes...like i said they were rumours.
