He is pretty fast i dont recall anyone being faster then him in ff7 and he was also quite agile.
Yes, but that's in reference to his combat abilities. He's quick when it comes to swinging his sword, and he has high attack evasion, but what about simple maneuverbility? How quickly can he run? How high can he jump? Is he particularly acrobatic? No, not really. He's good when it comes to stats, but the practical application of those stats suggests nothing towards him being nearly as quick or agile as Ness.
