This is bizarre. I decided to make an elemental druid to play in the new beta. I have been playing for about a half hour or something, and at level like 8, i have 1 point into molten boulder and firestorm. For some reason, on the character info screen it says that my molten boulder does 1500-1900, or something like that. But on the skill thing it says it only does like 20-34 damage. interesting... bug?
