The delightfully blue alarm clock on his bookshelf suddently displayed 1:43 AM as he glanced at it. He knew he would have to wake up once again in a few hours, but something kept him up, he just couldn't put his finger on it. The bright, white snow outside his window was the only light he could see that night. Everything else was so dark, so gloomy. The humming computer fan purred as smoothly as a Boeing 747 on its way to land, and all he wanted to get was some sleep.

He wanted to listen to something. It wasn't the regular, dull music he had downloaded, nor the winds outside his window or the fan of his computer. It was something else. Something more unique. The sound of a hairdryer. Nothing could make him as relaxed as the whooshing sound of that blessed gadget, and falling asleep to the sound of one would make him greatly delighted.

1:50 AM, seven minutes of precious sleep wasted and yet another important day coming up the ladder. Or is it really so important? Maybe it will just be another, static day with the same final goal as any other day, to cause distress, pain and excitement, all in a mixed bag of emotions? Believe me, in the long run, tomorrow will be no different from any other day.

When I was in Norway... I remember it was light until about 2:30... is it like that in Sweden, too... given it is so close?

What the fuck is this psychic ESP connection we have with each other, stop this shit bitch. I went through the exact same shit last night, except I turned on the radio and fucking Justin Timberlake's 'Cry me a River' was playing and I immediately turned it off and fell asleep.

*and I don't have a blue alarm clock.

Heh, I find it a little odd that you compared your computer fan to the landing of a 747.... And that nothing would please you more than falling asleep to the soothing sound of a hair driers whooshing...

Chruser, from what i see you are a lot like me. I could be wrong. Some things i noticed, or are possiblities related to your life. You must have lost someone, a mom, a friend, a wife. You seem a lot like me. Dragging on, through life, not being satisfied with what you do. You realize lots of things about yourself and others. Very perceptive. You think conspiracy alot. You dont let things pass. The kinda person who thinks that you are the center of everything. If you have seen the Truman Show, that is what you sometimes think of, as insane as you know you are. Are there cameras everywhere? In that movie it is all you want, yet all that is your greatest fear. You feel distrought, you feel like you arent doing what people think you could or are doing. You are scared. You get a weak feeling all through your body when you think like that. mostly around your stomach and back. Too much stress, too many thoughts, too many possibilites, why must certain things happen how they do. Why do some people dislike you? what do you do wrong? nothing really, at least in your own eyes. Do you whip up a lot more drama than there really is a lot of times? Do you want a certain sense of pain in your life to get other worthless stuff off your mind? are any of these things you? you seem a lot like me... please reespond

I agree with you about the "not being satisfied with what I do" part, and I've had thoughts about what it would be like if I was the main character in a game of some kind. Once, I had a dream of everyone disappearing as soon as I looked away, and as I turn back to them, they have only made some kind of progress as a computer has pre-calculated their expected movement.

Although I might be insane, I hardly ever feel scared, weak or stressed over things. I know there are lots of possibilities in the world, but it's no longer an issue to me, as I know I will end up someplace sooner or later.

Oh, and I've never lost anyone close, I'm just good at imagining what most feelings are alike.
