Diablo II USEast Realm Attacked

There is a way someone told me about that seems to work when u get realm down from this so called "Blocked Attack."
I get the realm down after saving and quitting a game almost every single time... I found out from a friend of mine there is a way that seems to get u back on...
When u get back to the character selection screen and get the RD message, Go up into the upper right corner and click "Change Realm", and then click on USeast, but before it has time to refresh (basically right after u click USeast) click cancel. Your character selection screen will refresh again and it should be back on!! It has worked everytime so far for me, so let me know how u guys make out. Good luck
