Installing a phpnuke cheats module

Ok heres what the readme says:

This is basically a convertion out of Nuke 5.5's Web_Links module, to install it just upload all directories to your nuke directory keeping the folder structure intact, e.g.:admin to admin, images to images, etc.. Then load the cheat.sql tables into your database by pointing your web browser to: http://your.web.site.com/cheat.sql. One setback that must be worked in the module is that since it is a clone of the Links module it will request for you to enter an URL and it can't be a URL already listed in the Cheat database tables, i will attempt to find a way to deal with this as time allows but you can try yourself, just let me know if you managed and what changes were done to what file, you can use the feedback section of my nuke help site at: http://www.spunge.org/~mantis/

I have the files for it of course but I'm not sure if I get it :/
